The location was incredible near the JR station and tourist office. The layout of the room gave sufficient movement. Bed and assortment of pillows comfortable. Shower amazing.Staff very helpful.
Lobby chairs not comfortable
This was the nicest hotel room in Japan to actually live in that I ever had. And that includes big names in Tokyo.Comfortable bed, giant bathroom with rain-shower, many comfortable seating possibilities.Well stocked with high quality amenities, tea, water etcGreat views, you can even see Todai-ji in the distance. Lawson directly connected to the hotel, right in front of Nara Station and Nara busses.
Sometimes the path from bed to closet to bath was a bit long, but that's more of a great thing than a complain.

The room was spotless and facilities were modern. Staff were very professional, and gym, laundry facilities and convenience store are available on site.
Room was spacious, location was just 5 minutes walk from the JR Nara train station (direct connection). There is a Lawson directly in the same building on the ground floor. The laundry machine is the 2-in-1 type with both washer and dryer built-in, so you put in coins required for one wash+dry program instead of using 2 separate machines. The gym looks decent (Though I did not use it). Staff were super friendly. There's a bus terminal directly in front of the hotel that goes to most parts of Nara, and Google Maps actually shows you the actual bus numbers in numeric english digits (e.g. 14, 158), unlike the bus services in Kyoto which gets confusing if you can't read Japanese.Overall experience was 10/10 for the price we paid. What's not to like ?
Everything was as good as it can be. Great staff great room close to the Nara train station. Very close to Sanjo Dori walking Street and not far from Nora Park about 20 minute walk. Breakfast was very very good and worth the extra money.

My room have a beautiful view over the city, mountain and the museum. Lobby is at the 3rd Floor. Go to the Lift next to Lawson store and go up to the 3rd floor.
Just steps from the train & bus stations. Grocery & restaurants nearby. Clean, excellent breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly.
